Terms

These terms govern access to the OpenSignl private beta. By using the product, you agree to them.

The service

OpenSignl helps you research audience topics, draft social posts, check writing quality, and, where enabled, publish an approved draft through an official provider API. Beta features may change or be unavailable.

Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of content you provide and create. You give OpenSignl permission to process that content only as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for reviewing every draft, source, claim, and publishing action before approval.

Acceptable use

Do not use OpenSignl to violate law, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, send spam, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, or bypass a platform's rules. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to use.

AI and research limitations

Generated text, research summaries, source metadata, and detector readings can be incomplete or wrong. Detector readings are advisory, not proof of authorship. OpenSignl is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Publishing controls

OpenSignl is designed to publish only after you approve a specific draft and request immediate or scheduled publishing. Provider outages, rate limits, account permissions, and review requirements can delay or prevent a post. Check History before retrying an uncertain request.

Beta availability and liability

The beta is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, audience growth, engagement, or business results. To the extent permitted by law, OpenSignl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta.

Ending access

You may stop using OpenSignl or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal, or platform-compliance reasons. Questions can be sent to hello@opensignl.com.
